The Club's end of year trip, which this year will be to Great Langdale in the Lake District.

Beach BBQ trip

Trip down to 3 Cliffs for some BBQ food and trad climbing. You don't need to be climbing to come on the trip.

always a popular social, cost will be £10 which includes entry and transport, if you are willing to drive please indicate on the sign up sheet. you can buy alcohol there, they don't really like people bringing their own.

Easter mountaineering trip to the Ogwen Valley in North Wales.

Social: An Egg-cellent Egg Hunt

To celebrate Jesus and Chocolate, we will be doing an easter egg hunt around campus. Egg posters will be placed around campus, some with cryptic clues at to the where abouts of another egg. each poster will equate to a chocolate egg, there will also be the opportunity to win BONUS EGGS!- fancy dress- EASTER THEME!

Our biggest social of the year. With a three course meal, wine and a live band. Dress code is pretty dresses and suits. Meet in JC's by 6pm. Coaches will leave at 6.30pm; make sure you bring your tickets. HO HO HO MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Social: Waterfront Winterland!

To get you all in the Christmasy mood, with ice skating, fun fayre and a chance to meet... Father Christmas! Then to party your santa hats off in town after. Christmas Fancy dress, meet in Lava Lunge at 7.15pm

Summit Centre

Climbing at the Summit centre. Trip leaves at 17.00 outside Fulton House.

North Wales Weekend Away

Weekend to Snowdonia for some climbing in the mountains.

Social. Movie Night

A viewing one or two awesome climbing movies, in Kier Hardie 230 (it's more towards the J Callaghan side of the building) starting at 6pm, BYOB and snacks, finishing by 8.30pm, we'll go for food afterwards too.

13^th November

South Wales Day Trip

Day trip to an inland crag in South Wales for some sport climbing. Spaces are subject to minibus and/or cars, so still sign up if you want to come, even if it puts you on the reserve list, cost £5.

3^rd - 4^th November

Social. Bonfire and sparklers then pub quiz.

To celebrate bonfire night (2 days early) we'll have a bonfire and sparklers on the beach by the old slip bridge, then to the bay view pub almost exactly opposite for a completely climbing related pub quiz, possibly ending the night in town. The first weekend away of the year. All abilities welcome. Cost- £30

Gower Day Trip

Introduction to outdoor climbing at Fall Bay. There will also be an abseil down a cave. All abilities from complete novice to seasoned veteran welcome. Cost- £5
